How Does Spotify’s Repeat Feature Work?

Before going through the instructions, you should know how the Repeat feature works on Spotify. There are two options for you to choose from. Repeat the playlist or repeat a song until you disable the feature.

By default, Spotify will not repeat any of your songs or playlists so that you don’t get tired of hearing the same songs. If you want to loop the playlist you’re currently listening to, click on the Enable repeat button once. If you want to loop a song, click on the button twice. You’ll notice a 1 digit within the repeat symbol, letting you know Spotify will keep playing the same song.

In addition to this, you can loop artists' albums.

However, you can’t play all Spotify content on repeat, regardless of the device you’re using, or if you’re a paid or free Spotify user. For example, you can’t loop podcasts or audiobooks.
